Saturday was very obviously Valentine's Day. Did the typical single girl thing: ate my feelings and watched a sappy movie. At least I had company. Dinner with the gal pals was great, followed by He's Just Not That Into You. Maybe not the best choice after I had given Abe my number and he said he'd call on Sunday.
Sunday:
10:00 am No Call
11:00 am No Call
12:00 pm I resolve to paint a wall in my apartment
1:30 pm Return from the Home Depot, paint in hand (no-VOC paint, obviously)
4:00pm Wall is painted.
4:15pm Check my phone and realize Abe called 2 hours earlier.
6:00pm Dinner and a movie with Abe. Said he would call and he did. Quite the Honest Abe. And my wall is now blue, or "midnight." Best part, Abe is 6'5"
